Rick is the founder of The Home TeaM DSM and began his real estate career in 2013. As a Des Moines native he brings a grassroots level of expertise. He has sold over 500 homes in the last 10 years and is a market leader in helping clients sell and find their perfect home. He prides himself on being very patient, approachable, providing a high level of communication and a resource for all. 


In his free time he enjoys biking and golfing.
