I feel incredibly fortunate to have the privilege of helping people with the one of the biggest financial investments they'll ever make! Whether it's upsizing to accommodate a growing family or right-sizing to be able to purchase a vacation home or anywhere in between, I truly enjoy helping you achieve your dreams and goals. The process to get there involves many moving parts, decisions, and emotions. With eight years of experience selling homes all over the metro area and beyond and from new construction, to turn of the century, acreages, fixer uppers, and downtown condos, I've experienced a variety of issues that can come up. Over the years I've developed skills to negotiate the best price, work through inspection requests, prepare your home to sell, and navigate anything that might come up before closing! I was born and raised in Des Moines and can't imagine living anywhere else. I'm a huge fan! I've been married to my husband, Eric for 17 years and have two kids, Olivia and Grant, a sweet Cavachon, Izzie.
