Born and bred in Northern Illinois, I can confidently say that I was destined for the residential housing industry right from my first breath. My entry into the world was met with my father's unwavering dedication to his construction commitments with a declaration of "Doc, how long is this going to take? I have concrete coming at 2:00pm," a testament to the strong work ethic that runs in our family and I've been on job sites ever since.
In 1996, my educational journey led me to Iowa State University. It was here that I discovered the enchanting charm of "Iowa Nice," a hospitality that immediately captured my heart. Since then, I've proudly made Iowa my home, immersing myself in the warmth of its people and the unique allure that defines this state.
