A little bit about me...
My name is Dallas Wood, and I am the proud owner of the real estate company, Sacred Space LLC. Brokered by Realty ONE Group Impact in West Des Moines. I was born and raised in the small town of Greenfield in Southwest Iowa and maintain my small-town values. I have lived in the Waterbury neighborhood in Des Moines for a few years now and love this area. Sandwiched between Windsor Heights and Valley Junction, this area has so much to offer. I was a foster parent for about 10 years, and had over 100 kiddos pass through our doors, some overnight and 4 of them stayed permanently as we adopted them. Three of them are now adults and one is still in grade school. A few of them have special needs and I have been taught the real meaning of patience throughout the years. I have been through a long divorce and know what it is like to lose just about everything at the drop of a hat. However, I have been blessed with a wonderful woman in my life and am now engaged. I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years as a structural drafter and have seen Des Moines and the surrounding areas explode, expand, and constantly evolve.
