A little bit about me...
Hello! My name is ChyAnne Huyser and I currently live in Lynnville, IA with my husband, Shawn, our 4+1 kids and lots of cats. I grew up in NW Iowa and later attended the University of Northern Iowa and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communications. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and a busy body mindset. Luckily I don’t require much sleep which gives me time for my 3 jobs. I decided to add real estate into my life about 5 years ago due to my love of looking at and dreaming of different house options. Helping buyers find that perfect home to make their own and helping sellers feel the satisfaction of their hard work pay off in the sale of their home is what excites me. I love what I do and can’t wait for what’s ahead!
