A little bit about me...
I’m Nita Ball, a licensed Realtor who works in the Des Moines Metro market and surrounding communities. I’ve been in the Real Estate business for ten years specializing in residential sales. I work with both Buyer and Seller clients and have a real soft spot for first time home buyers. I love talking with perspective clients to determine how I can be helpful as they look for the right home that fits them. I like to stay in close communication and always want my Buyer clients to get into those hot new listings just as fast as possible! I enjoy helping Sellers show their home in its best light by helping with decluttering and staging. Outside of real estate, I make time for fun and playtime. I love live music, dancing, dining outside and listening to audio books while on walks.
